Return and Refund

At Premix.icu, we work hard to ensure that every product reaching you is fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want your experience with our premix meals to be smooth and worry-free.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns once the package has been opened, used, or tampered with. However, we will happily accept a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The package was lost in transit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging intact.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t already been dispatched.
